Aga and her assistant show you how to make MOON COOKIES! Measurements of ingredients are estimated to create a dough that is smooth and silky. In class, children enjoy simply mixing the ingredients and explore them as we move through the cooking process.
If you prefer measuring it is 100g of butter, sugar, and flour and 1 large egg. Chocolate chips are optional. ENJOY!
